I just hear about the Special Forces group of DA that want to launch a mission yet we've had absolutely no news wire come through to tell us what they're launching for. No one's identified any objectives or events.

Here is your moon and sun forecast for the night of the 28th of February in Baghdad.
Monday 28 February 2005 Universal Time + 3:30
SUN Begin civil twilight 06:39 Sunrise 07:04 Sun transit 12:47 Sunset 18:29 End civil twilight 18:55
MOON Moonrise 21:40 on preceding day Moon transit 03:29 Moonset 09:10 Moonrise 22:42 Moonset 09:39 on following day
Phase of the Moon on 28 February: waning gibbous with 83% of the Moon's visible disk illuminated.
----------------------------------
You won't have a full moon, but you'll still have most of it illuminated so night vision should be very good and perhaps even fairly decent (for night standards) even without NVGs. However, please note that the moon will rise on the 28th at 22:42, that is 10: 42 PM. Your night operation will probably best sometime in the early AMs of the 29th. Or if you wish to conduct it on the 28th, it'll have to be around the very early AMs... just past midnight of the 27th. Note that sunrise on the 28th is as early as 6:30AM. The same can be said of the 29th.
